Elemento Living carries three houses that treat planters as architecture in their own right: Domani, MAZU, and GANSK.
Domani has been designing in Antwerp, Belgium, since 1992, producing sculptural planters and pottery that combine timeless craftsmanship, natural materials, and architectural design. The aesthetic is minimalist and organic, forms that feel quiet and elemental, equally at home in a contemporary courtyard or a lush tropical garden. What sets Domani apart is the sense that each piece is a landscape element rather than a container. The proportions are generous, the silhouettes are restrained, and the materials age gracefully. For a South Florida project where the planting is integral to the architecture, Domani provides the vessels that hold the whole composition together.
MAZU is the youngest house of the three, founded in Knokke, Belgium, in 2024, and it brings a genuinely fresh idea to the category. The brand creates architectural planters with integrated LED lighting, crafted in Belgium, blending sculptural design, premium materials, and soft illumination to turn greenery into a striking design feature. That dual function is especially valuable in South Florida, where so much living happens after sunset. A MAZU planter works as sculpture and structure by day, then becomes a source of soft, architectural light at night, shaping the mood of a terrace or pool deck without a single additional fixture. For designers thinking about how a space performs in the evening, it is an elegant solution.
GANSK, designed and crafted in Barcelos, Portugal, since 2015, rounds out the group with contemporary indoor and outdoor pieces defined by sculptural forms, distinctive finishes, and exceptional durability. The brand crosses between furniture and planters, which makes it a useful bridge when a designer wants planting elements that speak the same sculptural language as the furnishings.
Used together, these three houses let a designer treat greenery as a deliberate architectural layer. Domani brings organic, handcrafted form, MAZU adds illumination and contemporary edge, and GANSK contributes sculptural versatility across furniture and planting.
